System State backup allows you to back up the entire laptop. You can enable this option from the Laptop Plans page. Ensure that the full laptop data is backed up without any exclusions.

You can enable the System State backup option on the laptop plan creation page when the laptop is configured with the Laptop Plus package.

When the MSP disables the Bare Metal Recovery option at the reseller or company level, existing laptop plans with System State backup enabled will continue to run, but new plans will have System State backup disabled.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.

Click Plans tab.

Click the Plan name for which you want to enable the system state backup.
Note
Disable Laptop V2, if enabled or if the toggle is present, because System State Backup is not supported with Laptop V2.

Beside Backup content, click Edit

Under Content to backup box, remove the default section, and add
\-All contentsto be backed up and do not excluded any files, folders, or path. -
Move the Backup system state toggle key to the right.
