Excluding a Table or an Environment from Backups of a Dynamics 365 App

You can exclude a table or an environment from backups of a Dynamics 365 app. Excluding a table or an environment does not remove it from the app, but its data is not backed up.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Dynamics 365.

   The Dynamics 365 apps page appears.

2. In the Name column, click the app that contains the table or the environment that you want to exclude.

   The app page appears.

3. Exclude the table or the environment:

   • To exclude a table, on the Tables tab, in the row for the table, click the action button , and then click Manage > Exclude from backup.

   • To exclude an environment, on the Content tab, in the row for the environment, click the action button , and then click Manage > Exclude from backup.

   A confirmation dialog box appears.

4. Click Yes.
