Generating the Enterprise Success Program (ESP) Presentation from the CommCell Dashboard

You can generate the Enterprise Success Program Presentation from the CommCell dashboard on the Command Center.

This presentation is available to Commvault employees and Private Metrics Reporting Server users who can view the CommCell dashboard.

Procedure

1. On the Command Center, click Readiness & Resilience tab.

   The Dashboard page appears.

2. At the top-right of the page, in the search box, enter the CommCell name or select it from the drop-down list.

   The CommCell details page appears.

3. At the top-right of the page, click the action button, point to Save as and then click ESP PPT.

   The Export ESP PPT dialog box appears.

4. Enter the business period, associated employee names, and the time range.

   • Beside Business Period, select either Quarterly or Monthly.

   • In the Support Account Manager box, type a name.

   • In the Technical Account Manager box, type a name.

   • From the Time Range From list, select the beginning month and year, and from the Time range To list, select the ending month and year.

5. Click Submit.

   The presentation might take some time to generate.

6. Open or save the PowerPoint document.
