Getting the Salesforce Backup Health Report

Before you can view the Salesforce backup health report, you need to download it from the Commvault store and then import it to Commvault Cloud.

Procedure

1. In your web browser, go to Commvault Store

2. On the Reports tab, click Salesforce Backup Health.

3. Click Download to download the report.

   Make a note of where the downloaded XML file is saved.

4. Log in to Commvault Cloud.

5. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Monitor > Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

6. In the Actions menu, click Import report.

7. Select and open the Salesforce XML file you downloaded from the Commvault Store.

   By default, this file is named SalesforceBackupHealth.xml
