Service providers can lock an active company. After the company is locked, tenant administrators, tenant operators, and tenant users can no longer log on to the CommCell environment. Any active user sessions will be terminated, current running data restore jobs are killed, restore activity is disabled, and backups continue to work.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.
The Companies page appears.

In the Actions column for the company, click the action button
, and then click Lock. -
In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Yes.
