Managing Companies

Using the Commvault Console, you can efficiently manage companies within each service CommCell. After entering the necessary company and contact information in the wizard, you can choose an appropriate plan for the company.

For monitoring purposes, you can easily view all companies by going to the Companies page, where a comprehensive list is displayed alongside detailed information upon selecting any company name. Additionally, you can enhance company identification by adding tags.

To suspend tenant services, you can deactivate a company by selecting the appropriate actions within the Companies page. This allows you to control access by disabling user login, backup, restore, and data aging activities as needed.

The Commvault Console provides a streamlined approach to managing these tasks, ensuring that you maintain control over company operations effectively.
