Manually Managing Power for the Cloud MediaAgent

After you set up power management for the cloud MediaAgent, consider the following points:

• Do not turn on or turn off the MediaAgent from the console that is provided by the cloud service provider.

• When the MediaAgent is performing any operation, you cannot turn off the MediaAgent.

You can manually perform power management for a cloud MediaAgent from the MediaAgents list.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure.

   The Infrastructure page appears.

2. Click the MedaAgents tile.

   The MedaAgents page appears.

3. In the Power management area, click Edit.

   The Edit power management dialog box appears.

4. Tap Power on option.

5. Click Save.
