Modifying a Network Pair

You can modify an existing network pair.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Network > Backup networks.

On the Backup networks screen, the table shows a list of existing backup networks for servers/server groups, as well as existing network pairs for each network.

  2. Click the Actions button action_button for a backup network, and then click Edit.

The Edit interfaces dialog box appears, showing the backup network and its existing network pairs.

  3. To enable or disable a network pair, move its Status toggle key to the left or right.

  4. To edit the interface values for a pair, click the Modify button modify_button for the pair, select from the list of available interfaces, and then click the Save button save_button.

    Notes

    • If you do not find the interface you are looking for in a list, you can type its name or IP address.

    • With remote computers, the interface you specify for a host must be visible to the other host.

  5. To delete a network pair, click the Delete button delete_button for the pair.

  6. Click Save.
