You can modify an Oracle schedule used for backing up and deleting archive logs. These schedules are not from plans but have been carried over from schedule policies created in an earlier release on the CommCell Console or from schedules created using the Command Center.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Schedules.

Click a Data Management type schedule.

On the Overview tab, in the Oracle advanced options section, click Edit

To back up archive logs, select Backup archive logs.

To specify the criteria for deleting archive logs, select Delete archive logs and choose the criteria for deleting them.

To specify how many times archive logs are backed up before being deleted, select Backed up N times and enter a number.

To specify the rate at which the software reads an RMAN channel during a backup operation, select RMAN rate and enter a number for the rate, in megabytes per second.

Click Save.
