Make sure that all the nodes in the HyperScale X Reference Architecture storage pool are identical including the following:

Same version and updates in all the nodes, which includes the Operating System, and Commvault software.

Firmware on all the HyperScale nodes are the same and match the latest firmware version provided by the vendor.
Note
Commvault does NOT test every firmware release and defers to the Original Equipment Manufacturer for recommended firmware levels.
