To use the express configuration option in the Microsoft 365 service catalog, on the Web Server and the access nodes, you must open the ports that are used to communicate with the Command Center.

Important
The processes run either under the LocalSystem account or by impersonating the user account configured for access to the Shared Job Results (JR) directory, if applicable. If the access node does not have direct internet connectivity and requires a proxy, ensure that proxy settings are correctly configured for both the LocalSystem account and the impersonated user account to enable network communication.
