Promoting a User to Cloud CommCell Global Administrator Using Command Center

A Cloud CommCell global administrator can promote another user to Cloud CommCell global administrator on the Cloud Services Portal.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

3. In the Name column, select the CommCell group to promote a user for.

   The CommCell group dashboard appears.

4. At the upper-right corner of the page, click the action button , and then click User management.

5. Under Users, locate the row for the specific user, in the Global Admin column, click the check box.

   A Confirmation dialog box appears.

   Note

   You can demote an existing global admin by unchecking the checkbox and confirming the action.

6. Click Yes.
