Journal Mailbox/ContentStore Mailbox

• Every mail is captured.

• Mails are captured faster.

• Storage and indexing footprint is low.

• Folder structure of every user mailbox is not captured.

• End users have limited option of downloading only their owns using end user search.

• It is not suitable for point in time restore cases.

• You cannot capture mails from draft folder / contacts folder of end users.

• There is no connection with end user mailboxes, so older mails from end user mailboxes cannot be collected.
