Protected Laptops

The Laptops listing page provides an overview of all laptops available in the CommCell environment, displaying key information to help monitor their status and manage them effectively. You can view the list of protected laptops by navigating to Protect > Laptops and then clicking the Laptops tab.

Parameter	Description
Name	The name of the laptop.
Owners	The names of the laptop owners.
Email	The email addresses of the users associated with the laptop.
Version	The version of the Metallic software.
Plans	The plan associated with the laptop.
Last online time	Time that the laptop owner was last online.
OS	Operating system on the laptop.
Last backup attempt	The time stamp of the last attempted bakup job.
Last backup attempt status	The status of the last backup attempt.
Last successful backup	The date and time of the last successful backup job.
Application size	The size of the application that is being backed up.
SLA status	Displays one of the following values: Missed: Backups did not run in the expected time range, or backups failed. Excluded: Backups were disabled. Met: Backups were performed successfully.
SLA reason	Indicates whether or not the laptop was backed up according to SLA: Protected: Laptop was backed up according to SLA. Longtime Offline: Laptop was not backed up according to the SLA. Deconfigured: Laptop is deconfigured. No finished Job within SLA Period: Jobs that were not backed up within the SLA period.
Actions	You can perform operations like backup, restore, update software, send logs and so on.
