Removing Trial and Paid Subscriptions to Services from a Tenant Account

You can remove trial and paid subscriptions to Commvault Cloud services from an active tenant account.

Procedure

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Managed Accounts.

    The Managed Accounts page appears.

  2. In the Customer Account column of the account table, click the account name (or click the action button action_button, and then click View details.)

    The account page appears.

  3. Click the Services tab.

    All Subscribed services and Available services for the account appear in separate tables.

  4. In the Subscribed services table, click the action button action_button, for the service that you want to remove from the account, and then click Remove servies.

    A confirmation dialog box appears.

  5. Click Remove.
