You can remove your web authenticator. For example, if you don't want to use the web authenticator, you can remove it.
After the web authenticator is removed, you can log on using your password and a PIN.
Before You Begin
Connect the authenticator to the USB port on your computer.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Account > Security.
The Security page appears.

Click the Users tile.
The Users page appears.

Do any of the following:

In the row for the user, click the action button
, and then click Remove web authenticator. -
Click the user, go to the Multi-factor authenticator tab, in web authenticator row, click the action button
, and then click Remove web authenticator.
The Remove web authenticator dialog box appears.

From the Web authenticator name list, select the web authenticator you want to remove for the user.

In the Password box, enter your password.

Click Confirm.
A message appears saying the web authenticator is removed successfully.
