You can restore a team to another team.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Microsoft 365.
The Microsoft 365 Overview page appears.

On the Apps tab, click the app.
The Overview page of the app appears.

To perform a restore, click Restore on the upper-right area of the page.
The available Restore options tool appears.

To restore individual teams, select Restore teams, and then click Next.

From the list, in the Name column, click the name of the team that you want to restore, and then click Next.
The Destination tab appears.

Under Microsoft Teams, select Restore the data to another location, specify the restore location, and then click Next.

To restore the site to a different client, move the Restore to a different client toggle key to the right, and then in the Destination client list, select the client where you want to restore.

Beside the Destination team box, click Browse, select a Team, and then click Select.
The Options tab appears.

Beside If the file exists, specify the required options, and then click Next.

To skip existing file, select Skip.

To overwrite existing files with the restore files, select Unconditionally overwrite.

To include dleted items in the restore job, select the Include deleted items checkbox.

Under the Review tab, review your options and then click Submit.
The Summary tab appears.

Click Close.
