For agent-based application backups, restores are always performed from the client for the application.
When initiating a browse and restore operation, you can select the copy precedence on the Copy Precedence tab in the Advanced Restore Options dialog box and enter the copy precedence number for the secondary copy.
You can also perform a live browse on a secondary copy. Live browse is available from the Snap copy and from a secondary copy for an agent-based application backup.
