You can restore a table for Cosmos DB for Apache Cassandra to the same or a different Cosmos DB account in your Azure subscription. You can also restore the tables with the same name or a different name.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.
The database overview page appears.

In the row for the instance, click the action button
, and then click Restore.The Backup content page appears.

To select the data that you want to restore, click the Cosmos DB account name, and then select the check boxes for the items to restore.

Click Restore.
The Restore options dialog box appears.

To select a destination cloud account where you want to restore the data, select a cloud account from the Destination cloud account list.
The destination cloud account can be part of a different subscription.

To select a Cosmos DB account where you want to restore all the tables, move the Redirect all Tables toggle key to the right and select the account.

To adjust the write throughput on the destination Cosmos DB container, move the Adjust write throughput toggle key to the right and type a number for the throughput.
The change in throughput lasts for the duration of the restore.

To restore tables even if they already exist on the destination, move the Overwrite destination tables toggle key to the right.
If you do not enable this setting and a table already exists on the destination, the restore might fail.

To restore a table with a different name, under Content, in the Destination box, type a destination keyspace for data replication of nodes.

You can configure a schedule to repeat this restore operation. To create a schedule, do the following:

Click Schedule.
The Add schedule dialog box appears.

In the Name box, type a name for the schedule.

Configure the Frequency and Repeat parameters.

To specify exceptions to the schedule, click Exceptions.
The Exceptions dialog box appears.

Configure the exception parameters:

You can click Add Exception to save a set of exception parameters and continue adding sets of exception parameters.

Click Save when you have finished configuring the exception parameters.

Under the Range of recurrence section, specify the Start date and End date to schedule the recurrence range of the restore operation.

To save the schedule and return to the restore dialog box, click Schedule.

Click Submit.
