Restoring a MongoDB Atlas Database In Place

You can restore a MongoDB Atlas database instance to its current location (in place).

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

   The database Overview page appears.

2. Go to Instances tab.

3. Click the instance.

   The instance page appears.

4. On the Project groups tab, in the row for the project group that you want to restore, click the action button , and then click Restore.

   The Backup content page appears.

5. Select the cluster, and then click Restore.

   The Restore options dialog box appears.

6. Select In place, and then click Submit.

   A confirmation dialog box appears.

7. Click Yes.
