To restore an object storage repository backup to any of the cloud service providers, use the restore out-of-place operation.
You can restore the backed-up objects to an existing Amazon S3 general purpose bucket or an S3 Express One Zone directory bucket, or to a new Amazon S3 general purpose bucket or an S3 Express One Zone directory bucket.
You can also restore across Amazon S3 storage classes. You can restore an Amazon S3 Express One Zone directory bucket object to an S3 general purpose bucket, or vice versa.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Object storage.
The Object storage page appears.

In the Object storage table, right-click the object storage repository that you want to restore, and then click Restore.
The Backup content page appears.

In the backup content list, select the backups to restore, and then click Restore.
The Restore options dialog box appears.

From the Restore mode type list, select Out of place.

From the Cloud target list, select the cloud target.

In Destination path, type the full restore location path, or use the browse button

To add a new bucket, click the plus button (+) at the root level.
The Add new folder dialog box appears.

In Folder name, enter the name for the bucket.

Click Add.

In No of streams, type the number of streams to use for the restore operation.

To restore the ACLs, select the Restore ACLs check box.

To overwrite existing files in the destination, select the Overwrite files unconditionally check box.

Click Restore.
