Restoring a SharePoint Document to a Different Location (Out of Place)

You can restore a SharePoint document to a different location (out of place).

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Kubernetes > Applications.

2. Click SharePoint.

   The SharePoint page appears.

3. Click the documents server that contains the data that you want to back up.

   The documents server page appears.

4. On the Contents tab, in the row for the subclient that contains the data that you want to restore, click the action button , and then select Restore.

   The Backup content page appears.

5. Select the content to restore.

6. Click Restore.

   The Restore options dialog box appears.

7. Under SharePoint Online, select Restore the data to another location, and then select the destination client and destination path.

8. Under Advanced options, do the following:

   • To restore the permissions that are attached to a SharePoint object, select the Restore ACLs only check box.

   • To restore the workflow definition and alerts, select the Restore workflow definition and alerts only check box.

9. Click Restore.
