To perform operations such as editing or deleting a virtual machine, you should first suspend it. When you suspend a virtual machine, none of the users will have access to the VM and you can perform these operations.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Workload > VM Management.
The VM Management page appears.

Click the Virtual machines tile.
The Virtual machines page appears.

Select the virtual machine that you want to synchronize.

In the row for the virtual machine, click the action button
, and then select Suspend.
