Tenant Cost and Invoices

You can view cost and invoice information for tenant accounts.

Note

Sub-MSP accounts do not have access to tenant cost and invoice information.

Procedure

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Cost & Usage > Cost.

    The Monthly Cost Summary page appears, showing a summary table of tenant accounts, IDs, and costs associated with those accounts.

  2. To update the page by month, select a month from the Month list.

  3. If you are an aggregator MSP, you can update the page by sub-MSP. To do this, click the Sub-MSP list and then select one of the following options:

    • All Sub-MSPs accounts

    • Direct managed accounts

    • Any individual sub-MSP accounts that appear in the list

  4. To download the report that currently appears on the updated page, click the Download Report button.

  5. To view a summary of cost and usage information for an individual tenant, click the down arrow Tenant Cost and Invoices (1) next to the company name.
