You can uninstall the Commvault software from a computer by running a command from the command line. If you need to remotely uninstall the Commvault software, you can also use the commands in third-party software.
Note
Data is available to restore for 90 days for manually retired or uninstalled laptops.
Caution
You cannot undo the uninstall action. To add the laptop to the Commvault system again, you must add it back as a new laptop.
Procedure

Log on to the computer as an Administrator or as a member of the Administrator group on that computer.

At the command line, go to the location where you stored the installation package, and then locate the Setup.exe file.

Depending on the operating system, run one of the following commands:
Windows:
Setup.exe /uninstall /silentUNIX and Linux:
cvpkgrm -i allmacOS:
/usr/local/bin/cvpkgrm -i all
