Updating Barcodes for Media

You can update barcodes for one or more media in a tape storage.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Storage > Tape.

   The Tape page appears.

2. Click the tape storage for which you want to update barcodes for media.

3. Click the Media tab.

4. Select the media you want to update barcodes for, click the Actions button , and then select Options > Update barcodes.

   The Update barcodes dialog box appears.

5. In the Barcode box, ener the barcode you wnat to use.

6. Click Save.
