Starting Innovation Release 11.42.25, by default, a new theme is applied to the user interface. If you are an existing Commvault customer or a MSP with customizations to the theme, the new theme is not available by default. To enable the new theme, modify your existing custom theme.
Caution
-
Moving to the new theme is not required right away. This change will impact both existing customers and MSPs. To avoid disruptions, you can enable the latest theme in your environment early so you can validate your customizations and confirm compatibility.
-
After you enable the new theme, some of your existing customizations might not display as expected.
Procedure
-
From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Settings > Branding & Customization.
The Customization page appears.
-
Click the Theme tile.
The custom theme page appears.
-
Click Save.
The new theme should be in use with your existing customizations. The theme customizations on the Commvault interface will take up to 10 minutes for the changes to take effect.
-
Review your existing theme customizations. If any of them do not appear as intended, fix them manually.
For information about theme settings, see Branding the Command Center
What to Do Next
Wait for a few minutes for the changes to take effect. If the Commvault interface does not update, restart the Tomcat services on the Commvault computer.
