Viewing the Activity Report on the Command Center

You can view the Activity Report on the Command Center in CommCell environments with a Private Metrics Reporting Server. This report is available only at the CommCell level.

Before You Begin

• In the Private Metrics Reporting settings, verify that data collection for Activity is enabled. For instructions, see Activating Private Metrics Reporting on the Command Center.

• To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Monitor > Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

2. Click Activity.

   The Activity Report appears.

3. To include skipped jobs in the report data, enable the Show Skipped Jobs toggle.

4. To display the data for both Saturday and Sunday in one bar and one column, enable the Merge Weekend toggle.
