Viewing Backed-Up Encryption Keys

After you enable the backup of database encryption keys, and a full backup runs, you can view the encryption keys that were backed up.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

   The Overview tab appears.

2. On the Instances tab, click the instance where encryption key backup is enabled. To view only the Sybase instances, in the Type filter, select Sybase.

   The Overview tab for the instance appears.

3. In the General section, beside Backup database encryption keys, click the view button .

   The Encryption Details dialog box appears.

4. Review the list of backed-up encryption keys, and then click Close.
