Viewing, Enabling, Disabling, and Triggering Alerts

You can view the alerts configured for all reports, including the Health Report, in the Reports Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Web ConsolePortal.

    The Worldwide Dashboard appears.

  2. From the navigation pane, click Configuration > Alerts.

  3. To view an alert, click the name of an alert.

    • To close the View Alert dialog box, click Cancel.
  4. To enable, disable, delete, or trigger alerts, select one or more alerts from the list, and then click the associated button:

    • To enable the selected alerts, click Enableenable_button.

    • To disable the selected alerts, click Disabledisable_button.

    • To delete the selected alerts, click Deletedelete_button, and then click OK.

    • To run the selected alerts immediately, rather than waiting for the scheduled time, click Triggertrigger_alerts.
