MSP administrators can provide access to tenant users. Tenant users who have the SecurityOps Manager role can view and access the Security IQ dashboard within their CommCell environment.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Account > Security.

Click the Users tile.
The Users page appears.

Click the Tenant user for which you want to assign the SecurityOps Manager role.

Click Associated entities tab.

At the top-right of the page, click Add association.

From the Entity type drop-down list, select Companies.

Under Name, sepcify the entity that you want to associate the role with.

Under Roles drop-down list, seclect SecurityOps Manager.

Click Add.

Click Save.
