Viewing Service Contracts

You can view service contracts for companies from the Commvault Console.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Explore > Companies.

   The Companies page appears.

2. On the All tab, click a company name.

   The company page appears.

3. In the table on the Services tab, for the service you want to view the contract details for, click the action button and then click View contracts.

   The Contracts page appears, showing the following information for all contracts for that service:

   • Term: Number of months for the contract.

   • Timeframe: Actual timeframe for the contract.

   • Status: Status of contract (Active, Scheduled, or Expired).

   • Payment: Type of payment (for example, Term).

   • Quantity: Quantity (for example, number of users).

   • Price per Unit: Price per unit (for example, price per user).
