Viewing Sub-MSP Accounts on the Commvault MSP Portal

If you are an Aggregator MSP, you can view sub-MSP accounts on the Commvault MSP Portal.

Procedure

1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Sub-MSPs.

   The Sub-MSPs page appears, showing a table of existing sub-MSP accounts.

2. Click the name of a sub-MSP.

   The sub-MSP page appears.

3. The Sub-MSP Details tab shows the following information:

   • The sub-MSP's name, website, and address.

   • The name of the aggregator MSP that oversees the sub-MSP.

   • The sub-MSP's service administrator's name and email address.

4. The Managed Accounts tab shows all of the sub-MSP's managed tenant accounts.
