Viewing Users on the Cloud Services Portal Using Command Center

Only Cloud CommCell global administrators can view other users.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

2. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

3. In the Name column, select the CommCell group to view users for.

   The CommCell group dashboard appears.

4. At the upper-right corner of the page, click the action button , and then click User management.

   The Users page appears.
