The VM Backup Health report displays virtual machine SLA information.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Monitor > Reports. Under Backup Health, click VM Backup Health.
The VM Backup Health report appears.

At the top of the report, narrow down browse results using the following drop-down lists:

You can select the following options:

Include File Indexing Details — Displays additional information for virtual machines (VMs) that have file-level indexing enabled.

Show VMs in Multiple VM Groups — Includes VMs that belong to more than one VM group. This option helps identify duplicate configurations or overlapping backup coverage.

The Virtual Machines section shows the following information for each VM:

AccessNode region. The region of the access node used for a VM.
-
Backup Copy Failure Reason. The failure reason for a backup copy of a VM, if any.

Backupset. The backupset associated with a VM.
-
CommCell. The CommCell associated with a VM.
-
Company. The Company associated with a VM.
-
Failure Reason. If the last file indexing job for a VM failed, this column indicates the failure reason.

File Indexing Enabled. Indicates if the file indexing is enabled.

This is shown if file indexing is enabled at the VM group level or VM level.

Only MSP admin users can enable file indexing at the VM group level. Tenant admin users can only enable file indexing at the VM level.

File Indexing Failure. Indicates if file indexing failed for a VM.
-
Guest Size (GB). The guest size calculated for a VM during backup.
-
Hypervisor. The name of the hypervisor for a VM.
-
Hypervisor Type. The hypervisor vendor for a VM.

Is File Index up to Date. Indicates if the latest completed backup job is indexed.

Last Backup Copy Job ID. The last backup copy job ID for a VM.
-
Last Backup Time. The last backup time for a VM.
-
Last indexed recovery point. The time stamp for the recovery point of the last backup job that was indexed successfully.

Last Successful Snap Copied Job ID. The last successful snap copied job ID for a VM.
-
Last Successful Snap Copied Job Time. The last successful snap copied job time for a VM.

Last Used Access node. The last access node used for a VM job.
-
Last VM Admin Job ID. The last parent admin job ID for a VM.
-
Last VM Job ID. The last VM job ID for a VM.

Oldest Recovery Point. The oldest recovery point available for a VM.

Plan. The plan associated with the VM group.

RegionConfiguration. Indicates if there are any misconfigurations in a region.

RegionConfiguration Details. Shows details for the region misconfiguration.

SLA Category. The current SLA category for a VM.

SLA Days. The effective SLA days for VM.

Snap Jobs Pending to be backup copied. Indicates if any snap jobs for a VM are pending to be copied.

Storage Region. The region associated with storage plan.

VM. The name of the VM.

VM Group. The name of the VM Group VM.

VM Tools Status. The status of VMware tools for a VMware VCenter VM.
