The Power Platform Users view of the License Summary report displays current Power Platform user license usage for the selected company and CommCell.
Where to access the report
To view this report, in the License Summary report, in the User Licenses table, under License, click Power Platform Users.
Current workload summary table
This table displays Power Platform user license usage for each workload.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Workload ID | The unique identifier assigned to the workload. |
| Workload | The name of the workload, such as MS Power BI. |
| Number of User Based Users | The number of users whose Power Platform license usage is calculated on a per-user basis. |
| Number of Premium per Capacity Based Users | The number of users whose Power Platform license usage is calculated by the premium-capacity model. |
| Total Power Platform User Licenses | The total number of Power Platform user licenses consumed by the workload, including user-based licenses and licenses consumed by Premium per Capacity users. |
Note
Each Premium per Capacity user consumes 500 Power Platform licenses.

This table displays Power Platform user license usage with client, company, and plan details.
