Threat Scan in the License Summary Report

Threat Scan is a single license for scanning file-system and VM data for malware using the Threat Analysis feature. The License Summary Report shows current usage, and the Subclient Peak Usage Report shows peak usage.

Where to access the report

  • To view current usage, open the License Summary Report. In the Data Insights Licenses table, under License, click Threat Scan.

  • To view peak usage, open the Subclient Peak Usage Report, and view the Threat Scan chart on the Data Insights Licenses tab.

Threat Scan usage - current details

This table displays current Threat Scan usage for each client and subclient in the selected company and CommCell context.

Column Description
Client ID The ID assigned to the client computer.
Client The client computer associated with the usage.
Subclient ID The ID assigned to the subclient.
Subclient The subclient associated with the usage.
Used (FET) The usage amount shown in the FET column for the subclient.
Used (FET+) The usage amount shown in the FET+ column for the subclient.
Is VM Indicates whether the client is a virtual machine.
Company ID The ID assigned to the company.
Company The company associated with the client.
Plan The plan associated with the client.

Peak usage details

The Subclient Peak Usage Report shows the largest amount of file-system or VM data scanned for malware for each client computer during the selected month. Only some columns appear by default. To view additional columns, use the Columns setting.

Column Description
Client ID The ID assigned to the client computer.
Client The client computer where file-system or VM data was scanned.
Used The peak amount of file-system or VM data scanned for the client computer.
Company ID The ID assigned to the company.
Company The company that owns the client computer.
Plan The plan associated with the client computer.
