After adding a Service CommCell to the Global CommCell, the Service CommCell list appears at the top of the Command Center.
Before You Begin
Add a Service CommCell. For more information, see Managing Service CommCells in the Command Center.
Procedure

Log on to a Service CommCell in the Global CommCell.

At the top of the screen, click the Service CommCell list.

Select the Global Command Center
.The Global Command Center opens. Confirm that the URL includes
mode=global.
Troubleshooting
If the Global Command Center does not open, or if the selection returns to a Service CommCell, verify the following items:

The user is associated with at least one active Service CommCell.

A matching user account with the same email address or user principal name (UPN) exists on the target Service CommCell. If the user account does not exist on the Service CommCell, the login page can show an error after switching.

If the matching user account does not exist and users log on by using AD or SAML SSO, enable automatic user creation. For more information, see Automatically Create Users When AD or SAML SSO Login is Enabled on Service CommCells.

The matching user account has the required permissions on the target Service CommCell.

The Global and Service CommCells use valid CA-signed certificates.
-
The Global Web Server can reach the Service CommCell Command Center URL.
-
The Service CommCell is online and connected.
-
The Global Configuration Manager and Hub Service settings are configured correctly.
