Checking Readiness of the Service CommCell

You can check readiness of the Service CommCell to view its connection status to the Global CommCell.

The Check readiness action is available when the Service CommCell is registered and connected. If the action is not visible, verify that you are in Global mode, that the Service CommCell is associated with the user, and that the Service CommCell Web Servers can reach the Global Hub Service.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

    The Service CommCells page appears.

  2. In the row for the Service CommCell that you want to check readiness, click the action button action_button, and then select Check readiness.

  3. In the Check readiness dialog box that appears, view the status of the Service CommCell connection to the Global CommCell.

  4. Click OK.
