Configuring Report Security

You can use the security feature to control user permissions for a report.

Before You Begin

  • To manage reports, your CommCell user account requires a role with the following permissions: Delete Report; Edit Report; Execute Report.

  • Your CommCell user account must have an association with the CommCell entity.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Integration.

  2. On the Developer Tools tab, click Report.

  3. Beside the report name, go to Actions actions button***use the other one ->86655*** > Security.

    The Security dialog box appears.

  4. In the box, enter a user or user group.

  5. Click Permissions, and from the list, select the permissions you want to assign to the user or group:

    1. Change Security Settings: Change the security settings for this report.

    2. Edit Report: Change the settings for this report.

    3. Delete Report: Delete this report.

    4. Execute Report: View this report.

    Click Update.
