To remove a CommCell computer from Cloud Metrics Reporting and ensure that reports are no longer available, disable data collection for the CommCell computer and delete the CommCell from the Cloud Services Portal.
Before You Begin
Verify that you have the Cloud CommCell global administrator role.
Procedure
- Disable data collection for the CommCell computer in the CommCell Console.
For instructions, see Disabling Report Data Collection in Command Center.

Log on to the Cloud Services Portal as the Cloud CommCell global administrator.

From the navigation pane, click Manage > CommCells.

In the Actions column for the CommCell, click the action button
, and then click Delete. -
In the Confirm Delete dialog box, type
CONFIRM. -
Click Delete.
