To use Arlie AI Assistant, you must enable it and its features to use in the Command Center interface.
Before You Begin

Ensure that the servers hosting the Command Center and Workflow Engine whitelist the following URL:

If the servers hosting the Command Center and Workflow Engine use an HTTP proxy to access the web, then configure the following settings for the servers to ensure that the Commvault AI features can communicate with the AI services:

Configure the value of proxyForExternalConnectionsEnabled as True.

Add the hostname or IP address of the HTTP proxy to proxyForExternalConnectionsHost.

Add the HTTP proxy port to proxyForExternalConnectionsPort.

Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Integration > Third Party Integration.

Click the Configure Arlie AI Assistant tile.

In the General tile, do the following:

Enable the Enable Arlie AI toggle key.

Configure the following Arlie features:

To generate API code and receive guidance for using Commvault APIs, enable the API Code Assist toggle key.

To receive insights into job failures and possible resolutions, enable the Job Failure Insights toggle key.

To analyze log files and receive potential resolutions, enable the Log Analyzer toggle key.

To use threat analysis assistance and orchestrated recovery response, enable the Arlie Recover toggle key.
