You can sync the users and domains of the Service CommCells with the Commvault Console.
The sync action is available when the Service CommCell is registered and connected. If the sync action or sync status is not visible, verify that you are in Global mode, that the user has access to the Service CommCell, and that the Service CommCell can communicate with the Global Command Center.
Procedure

Log on to the Command Center associated with the Global CommCell.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.
The Service CommCells page appears.

Enable the hidden Sync Status column. Once enabled, it displays each CommCell's current sync status as Successful or Failed.

Hover over the cursor on any cell value under the Sync Status column to view the last synced date and time.
A popup opens with last synced date and time, along with a refresh button.

To perform an on-demand sync, in the popup menu, click Refresh.
