Viewing the CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving

You can view the CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving report on your local Web Console.

Before You Begin

• To view the report downloaded from the Commvault Store, your must have a CommCell user account that has the following:

  • A role with the Execute Report permission

  • Association with the CommServe computer that hosts the Web Console

    For more information on users, permissions, and associations, see User Administration and Security - Overview.

• You must execute the CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving workflow to archive the older jobs.

  For more information, see Archiving the Older Jobs in a CommCell Environment.

• Download and import the CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving report from the Commvault Store.

  For instructions about importing a report, see Importing a Report Template.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Web Console.

2. Click Reports.

3. Click CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving.

   The CommServe Database Long-Term Archiving report appears.
