You can create additional containers for the Metallic cloud storage.
Note: For Metallic cloud storage, Commvault software automatically creates an additional container for every 500 TB usage. When a container reaches 500 TB, it is marked as full, and the jobs continue to a newly created container.
Procedure
From the navigation, click Storage > Cloud.
The Cloud page appears.
Click the Metallic cloud storage resource.
The <cloud storage> page appears.
On the right side of the Container area, click Add.
The Add container dialog box appears.
From the MediaAgent list, select the MediaAgent that must be used to read, write data to and from the container.
Click Save.
Result
The container will be saved and listed in the Container list.
