A replication group is a source object storage that can be replicated to a destination object storage.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, go to Disaster recovery > Replication.
The Replication groups page appears.
In the upper-right area of the page, click Configure replication group, and then click Object storage.
The Configure replication group - Object storage page appears.
On the Content tab, enter the information for the source computer:
From the Server type list, select the type of the source object storage that you want to replicate.
From the Source client list, select a source client that you want to replicate.
In the Name box, type a name for the replication group.
From the Subclients list, select the subclients that you want to replicate.
Note: If you change the subclient content later, then you must modify the schedule to run for the modified content.
The Restore Content page appears.
Select the share name that you want to replicate, and then click Next.
Click Next.
On the Target tab, enter the information for the destination computer:
From the Destination client list, select the destination computer where you want to replicate the data.
From the Copy Name list, select the copy from which you want to replicate the data.
Note: If you select a storage policy copy from the Copy Name list, then the software replicates changes only when the source database backup is available on the storage policy copy or the secondary media. The backup is available on the media after the auxiliary job completes, so that is when the software attempts the replication.
In the Number of streams box, type the number of streams to use to retrieve the data.
In the Schedule box, type the schedule at which the replication operation must run after a backup operation completes.
By default, a replication operation runs immediately after a backup operation finishes.
Optional: To overwrite data to the same folder on the destination computer, select the Restore to original folder on destination check box.
In the Destination path box, type the path to which you want to replicate the data.
Note: The user account must have permissions to create files in the specified location on the destination computer.
To configure additional parameters, click Advanced options:
To overwrite the data on the destination computer, select the Unconditionally overwrite if it already exists check box.
Click Submit.
