This report includes several charts and the Recalled Files table.
Recalls Over Time
The Recalls Over Time chart displays the number of successful and failed recalls over time. By default, the Recall Summary Report displays file recall log data for one week. You can change the time range to display the report for the last 15 minutes, 1 hour, 12 hours, 1 month, or 1 year.
Recalls by File Type
The Recalls by File Type chart displays the number of successful and failed file recalls of a specific file type over a period of time.
Top Recalling Users
The Top Recalling Users chart displays the user that performed the highest number of recalls over a period of time.
File Size
The File Size chart displays the number of successful and failed file recalls of a specific file size over a period of time.
File Age
The File Age chart displays the number of successful and failed file recalls of a specific file age over a period of time.
Top Recalling Clients
The Top Recalling Clients chart displays the client on which the highest number of recalls occurred over a period of time.
Recalled Files
This table includes information for file recall jobs. You can add or remove columns from the table.
Column | Description |

Recalled From | The client from where the file recall was initiated. |
Client | The client on which the recalled file is present. |
Event Time | Time when the file recall was initiated. |
Original File | The name of the file recalled. |
Process | The name of the process that initiated the file recall. For example, xcopy.exe. |
User Name | The user account name that initiated the file recall. |
Size | The size of the recalled file in bytes. |
File Type | The type of the recalled file. For example, txt. |
Result | The result of the file recall operation, success or failure. |
Reason | The reason for a pending file recall. |
Modified Time | The last modified time of the recalled file. |
