Settings for the Recall Summary Report

You can choose to view the Recall Summary Report based on absolute and relative time ranges.

You can use search filters to control the information that appears in the charts. For more information about the available charts, see Recall Summary Report - Data View.

To filter on any of these options, make your selections and then click Search.

Search Filters

  • Client: Allows you to search based on the client on which the recalled file is present. Type the client name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • File Type: Allows you to search based on the type of the recalled file. For example, txt. Type the file type and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • Original File: Allows you to search based on the name of the recalled file. Type the name of the file and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • Process: Allows you to search based on the name of the process that initiated the file recall. For example, xcopy.exe. Type the process name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • Recalled From: Allows you to search based on the client from where the file recall was initiated. Type the client name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • Result: Allows you to search based on the result of a file recall operation, success or failure. Type Success or Failure and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.

  • User Name: Allows you to search based on the user account name that initiated the file recall. Type the user account name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.
