Creating Views

Create a view to display only the fields that you want to see.


  1. From the navigation pane, click an entity. For example, click Jobs.

    The Jobs page appears.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the List Setting button (), and then click Create view.

    The Create view dialog box appears.

  3. On the Save view as text box, type a name for the view.

    Optional: To set this view as default, click the Set as default box.

  4. To define a rule for the view, click Add Rule.

    Optional: If you want to add more rules to the view, click the Add Rule button.

  5. Click the Save button.


In the upper-left of the page, next to the page title, click the down arrow to see the view that you have just created.
