Accessing Archived Data from a Windows Computer

You can recover data that was archived using the Archiver Solution.


  1. Log on to a client computer where you installed the Driver for File Archiver package.

  2. Make sure that the client computer has either UNC access to the stubs on the file server or a mapped network drive to the share.

  3. Using Windows Explorer, go to the folder that contains the stubs.

  4. Double-click the stub.

    The recovered file might take a while to appear.
